For the export of data to the 3D-MCAD-System, the completed cable harness is memorized in STEP, IGES or XT format.

Circuit diagrams can be imported into HarnessExpert as text files – so-called parts lists and connection lists. Subsequent to the importing of a parts list, the user can position it. Following the importing of a connection list, an assembly group can be automatically wired into HarnessExpert.
